More than just a paycheck, NOC offers exciting jobs and an unforgettable experience. It’s sharing the great outdoors. It’s promoting healthy, active living. It’s making lifelong friends. It’s helping people enjoy the best day they’ll have all year. From guiding a raft through exciting whitewater rapids to serving a hot pizza to a table of hungry hikers, NOC employees make connections, learn new skills and gain experience every day. People of all ages from all around the world come to work at NOC. Everyone brings a new story, a diverse skill set and a fresh perspective  to the work place.

NOC employees get the chance to cross-train on a varied selection of jobs, to work at one of our ten different locations and to build a lifelong career in the outdoor industry. With over 35 different business units and departments, no other outfitter offers as much opportunity. And NOC’s efforts to promote the outdoor lifestyle are recognized internationally. In 2012 the 4,000-member Outdoor Industry Association presented NOC with its Outdoor Inspiration Award for contributing to the future of outdoor recreation.
